Lakeview Village {Custom 3}
This is our third custom home on this particular street in one of our favourite Calgary communities, Lakeview Village. We are thrilled to be back here and can't wait for some impromptu visits with our past clients in this great area!
Designing a home on a corner lot always opens the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind design. For this particular home, we worked in a side entry garage leading into an expansive mudroom, a walk-through pantry, and a large kitchen for this specific home.
As we await the City's final approval, we are working away in the background and getting the property ready to remove the existing home that will be transported to a new foundation.
Lake Bonavista {Custom 1}
This is Veranda’s first home in the community of Lake Bonavista, and from what we know already, we certainly hope it is the first of many because we all love everything this area offers our clients!
We have a new foundation in the ground on this stunning lot that backs the lake, and framing is just a few weeks away. What will take shape on this lot is a home that has been designed around lake living. Massive windows will capture the views during every season, a second-floor balcony will give our clients a spot to enjoy the views from a higher elevation, and the back covered deck will be a perfect all-season room with the retractable screens, heaters, and fireplace.
