Something that has been in the works for a long time. Let me introduce you to Scarboro {custom 1}.

The first time we met these clients, they toured our old showhome in Elbow Park. I am going to say this was about six years ago. We maintained a casual back-and-forth conversation over the years about their dream home in their favourite community, which is like a hidden gem in Calgary. Well, the time has finally come, and we are thrilled with the initial renders of this dream home!

The clients are pulling inspiration from Old Montreal, Paris, and the classic brownstones of NYC. Three amazing cities have unparalleled architectural details that will be incorporated throughout the interior and exterior of this home.
