Introducing Springbank {custom 3}. We have previously built for the clients, and being able to design & build their forever home in Calgary is a dream come true for both of us!
We assisted our client with the procurement of the stunning property in an exclusive subdivision in Springbank, giving them the views and proximity to the community amenities they are after. Situated on just over 2 acres, we were involved in the design phase with our clients so we could ensure that the house will capture the unobstructed mountain views and mature trees surrounding the property, meet their design needs.
The home is elegant & timeless, there really is no other way to describe it. Envision natural light flooding the house through the expansive windows in every room and the window grills casting shadows on the light-coloured finished on-site wide plank hardwood flooring. Beautiful honed marble countertops in the kitchen that extend up the wall, brass lighting and hardware, and extensive lacquered cabinetry with beautiful millwork detailing throughout the home on every level.
