Watermark in Bearspaw is one of the newest communities in northwest Calgary, so we knew our first home in this area had to be unique and special, especially considering it was on a large pie lot that allowed us to design around the unique shape. The clients for this home came to us by word of mouth; they were referrals from their parents, who had also built with Veranda a few years prior in Arbour Lake. We got to know the clients quickly and knew from our previous experience with the parents that they have a very large extended family that loves weekly get-togethers around a lot of food and a lot of laughter. Knowing this and that they had four small children, all boys, we knew that there were certain features that we couldn't leave out. A stunning white kitchen with honed marble countertops was designed to have as much storage as possible, and a built-in dining table allows a perfect spot where everyone can gather around white food is being shares and a homework room off of the kitchen were just a few of the great features the main floor offers. The upper level has a large bonus room for the boys to escape to and four spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms, and not to forget the laundry room that dreams are made of.
