We adore building in Elbow Park, so needless to say, we were so thrilled when our clients approached us to design & build them a custom home in this great SW Calgary community.
One of the unique features in this modern 3,300 Sq. Ft. two-storey home is the 12' ceilings throughout the great room, kitchen, dining nook, and walk-in pantry. It has opened up the window for massive windows, no pun intended, and distinctive millwork detailing. The custom-fabricated iron and reeded glass wall and door separating the kitchen and a large walk-in pantry that will make your jaw drop on the floor. A repetitive pattern of reeding throughout the millwork in various rooms gives this home a cohesive feel, making each room unique.
The upper floor has two secondary bedrooms, the main bathroom features separate vanities, a large laundry room with a fantastic amount of storage, and natural light in every room on the upper level. The primary suite has beautiful city views, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite filled with marble and extraordinary lighting over the vanity and the free-standing bathtub.
The lower level is designed around family movie night with a custom media unit and remarkable wet bar with a dramatic marble counter and solid slab backsplash. This is one home we are very excited about, a modern take on a timeless Veranda home.
