Nestled on a quiet and quaint street in a northwest Calgary community is Hillhurst Custom 3, a meticulously designed 2900 Sq. Ft. two-storey home with a front-drive garage.
This home is proof that you don’t need to build a ‘massive’ home to have one that has massive style, function, and flow. We loved the challenge of designing this home around the pie-shaped property and the client’s requirements.
The main level has a cozy and inviting library with a built-in daybed that was designed specifically for our client and their pup to curl up on while diving into classic novels. We used dark colours throughout this home on the main level, in the library, the powder room, and the dining nook, creating warmth and detail that will make people say ‘wow’!
