Calgary Custom Build | Elbow Park 2
Elbow Park Custom 2 all started with the clients' desire to be in a community that was in walking distance to great amenities. With 4th Street and bustling 17th Ave just a few blocks away, this location was perfect for our clients. Another bonus for them was an attached front drive garage, a feature that is hard to come by in Upper Elbow Park. They knew they had something special here, so we had to help create the perfect home for them. While developing the plan, we wanted to help design something that would work for just the two of them but also for all of their out of town guests that frequently visit throughout the year from their native Scotland. Keeping the interior design classic & timeless, we incorporated luxurious materials such as honed quartz countertops, white oak cabinetry, and custom made marble tile in the kitchen and master bathroom, sparkling polished nickel plumbing, and unique lighting in every room. We created two cozy sitting areas in the home, the first on the main level across from the kitchen island and another in the master retreat, which gives the clients an area to escape to when company arrives, and they need a little one on one time.
