This French-inspired dream home is located on a beautiful street in Calgary's Upper Elbow Park, a community filled with young families and close to many fantastic amenities.
This home was initially under construction as a spec home, with no specific client in mind. During the drywall stage, the ideal client came along and now they have their own Veranda dream home.
Purchased sight unseen since they were living in another country, we worked closely with them over email, text, and Facetime for the balance of construction to create a one of a kind home that exceeded all of their expectations when they moved to Calgary.
Arch detailing is repeated throughout the home to bring a consistent flow from one space to another. In the stunning custom built-on-site kitchen, we incorporated unlacquered brass hardware to play off the Lacanche matte black range and a rich, creamy white cabinet colour. The honed marble imported from Italy was the perfect compliment to the mercury glass pendants and the white oak island.
With four bedrooms on the upper level and two additional bedrooms on the lower level, there will be plenty of room for guests to come and visit and feel at home.
