Our latest luxury home located in Calgary’s desirable Upper Elbow Park at 3826 13th Street is slowly evolving into a stunning masterpiece. It is filled to the brim with luxurious natural materials with a rustic vibe to them, creating a one of a kind home that can be yours!

An all wood custom handcrafted kitchen will be taking centre stage for this home. Unique details throughout including stunning honed calacatta gold marble countertops and backsplash detailing, an apron front sink, and an island that resembles a free standing piece of furniture with enough seating for 5 stools.

Pantry
This spacious room is located right off of the kitchen through a custom French door. Abundant natural light with a large window over the secondary sink makes this space shine! Honed granite countertops will make for great prep space, and there is a ton of storage, cabinets, drawers, and extensive shelving. This walk-in pantry will also hold a full-sized standup freezer and a built-in microwave.
Laundry Room
The last space to share today is the second level laundry room, conveniently located between the primary and three secondary bedrooms. This laundry room is filled with natural light and takes advantage of the east-facing exposure. The handcrafted backsplash tiles are the perfect compliment to the honed granite countertops, brick flooring and custom cabinetry. The LG washer & dryer will be raised for an ideal comfort height on cabinetry with conveniently located shutoffs under the sink. It is the little details like that we love incorporating into our home.
We are at an exciting stage of this project with the finished on-site hardwood being installed, including the chevron pattern in the ensuite and home office.
