The vibrant personality of these homeowners is evident throughout every single room in this custom home built in the community of Hillhurst. While colour and pattern were a large part of the interior objective, the floorplan was based on a feng shui design. Working with the clients' parents to achieve the perfect alignment and flow of the floorplan was the first step to confirm that it met all of the feng shui requirements. Once the plans were completed, the interior selection process began. Every room you enter has at least one unique detail that sets it apart from another. Fun and colourful wallpaper grace the walls of the powder room and mudroom, as well as the ceiling in one of the upper-level bedrooms. A bold cheetah print carpet runner on the staircases will undoubtedly get your attention as it is an unexpected addition. With all of the unique items in the home, we kept the custom millwork clean and simple, yet elegant, and sourced beautiful lighting fixtures for each room that are classic and timeless.
