Calgary Custom Build | Varsity Estates
This welcoming family home is located in the prime northwest community of Varsity Estates in Calgary. The clients had lived in this community for years and knew when they were ready to build their dream home, they wanted to stay in this close-knit neighbourhood. Once their dream property came for sale, they jumped on the opportunity, and our work began. The massive lot with mature trees on a quiet street that offered sweeping views of the river valley below was the perfect canvas to work with. During the design phase, we went through many options to make sure that we had used every square foot to our advantage and checked off every wish on the list that they had. The end result was an open concept floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the foyer, and home office, a mudroom with multiple access points, a dream kitchen with a stunning custom arched door that leads to a large pantry, and a family room that is finished with hand-hewn beams on the ceiling and a built-in day bed that their pup loves as much as the little ones. On the upper level, we helped create a perfect reading room for the children when it is time to wind down at night before they are off to bed.
